We are available for the following workshops and training services and are prepared to travel throughout the Republic of South Africa and Namibia:
- Solution-Focused Practices:
This is usually a 2 or 3 day workshop, depending on demand. This workshop will introduce you to the basic concepts of Solution-Focused Practices; teach you how to quickly build positive change in a wide range of work settings, and help you discover where to concentrate your efforts to be most effective by using the six SIMPLE principles. It will supply you with the necessary tools to practice a methodology with wide applicability - to individuals, teams and whole organizations, in all kinds of contexts.
- Conflict Management in the Workplace:
This is usually a 2 or 3 day workshop, depending on demand. This workshop will introduce you to the specific approach of Solution-Focused Practices to conflict management in the workplace and teach you how to view conflict as an opportunity to strengthen working relationships and increase creativity and productivity. You will gain insights for managing your emotions in tense situations and be prepared to confidently tackle conflicts in the workplace.
- Solution-Focused Negotiation:
This is usually a 2 or 3 day workshop, depending on demand. This workshop will help you to negotiate quickly, sometimes get you what you want and build good and solid working relationships. It will provide you with the criteria and a framework for negotiation, supply you with tools for negotiation as well as reconciling conflicting interests and give you the skills for preparing and at-the-table negotiations.
- The Leader/Manager as Coach:
This training program is tailor made to the needs of the customer. It includes training in the principles and tools of Solution Focused Practices. It also includes interactive exercises in the principles and tools as well as personal support to managers in the work place.
