I am an advocate of Solution-Focused Practices in coaching. I firmly believe that the focus in coaching must be on solutions and not problems, on strengths and not weaknesses and on what’s going well rather than what’s going wrong.
I have a passion to help organizations and individuals to develop their full potential. To be effective I regularly communicate with role players in die Solution-Focused field, especially with coaches in Europe and the United Kingdom. In the past 30 years I obtained lots of experience in coaching and counseling in the ministry and in my local communities. More than 250 hours per year is spent on coaching and counseling.
In January 2010 I obtained my SF Professional Certificate with SFWork in the UK under the SOLWorld Charter and full membership of the UK Solutions Focus EDGe practitioners group. Since 2009 I am also an associated member of The Association for the Quality Development of Solution Focused Consulting and Training.
